Pradip Nath

Pradip Nath has rich professional experience in the Enterprise market, of which the past two decades has been in leadership roles. Currently he is working as the Managing Director & CEO of Nelco Ltd., a Tata Enterprise. Prior to this role he worked in senior management capacities in reputed IT & Telecom companies –Wipro, Tata Communications, SifyTechnologies.

He has very rich experience of working in many different roles encompassing General Management for more than a decade, Business Head, Sales Head, Product Management, Customer Support and Project Management. He has good exposure of being Board Member in multiple companies including that of a listed company, which helped him get a much wider perspective of corporate governance, finance, long-range planning, regulatory and legal frameworks. He has worked in large established organizations& businesses, as well as entrepreneurial setups, which helped him in understanding different organization cultures and styles of management.

During the stints in the leadership roles, he has created new businesses and infrastructure, driven aggressive business expansions, restructured businesses and architected a successful company turnaround. There has been a good exposure to starting and establishing new businesses, particularly in the Telecom sector around Data Center and Data Communication businesses using terrestrial networks and Satellite communication. The leadership roles have been mainly in Sales Management and General Management functions, with the last 12 years being in General Management.
